Our Story

Built ForLagosRunners.

What started as 12 friends running at dawn on the Lekki shoreline has grown into Lagos's most consistent running community — 500+ members strong, three runs a week, every single week.

Timeline

How We Got Here

From 12 runners on a beach to 500+ members across Lagos.

Jan 2022

Day One

Twelve runners met at sunrise on the Lekki shoreline. No plan, no structure — just a shared belief that Lagos needed a real run community.

Jun 2022

100 Members

Word spread faster than expected. Six months in, we crossed 100 registered members and added a second weekly run day.

Jan 2023

Premium Membership

Launched our premium tier — jerseys, ID cards, café discounts, and exclusive events for members who wanted more.

Jul 2023

200+ Active Members

Doubled in size. Hosted our first inter-club race and partnered with two Lagos-based fitness brands.

Feb 2024

500+ Members

Now Lagos's fastest-growing run club. Three weekly runs, a structured training programme, and 10+ brand partners.

Today

Still Going

Every Saturday. Every Tuesday. Every Sunday. We show up — rain, traffic, and busy Lagos schedules be damned.

What Drives Us

Our Values

Four principles that shape every run, every decision, every member.

01

Consistency

We show up every week, rain or shine. Community only works when everyone commits to turning up.

02

Inclusivity

No gatekeeping. Every pace is welcome — from first-timers to seasoned marathoners.

03

Community

Beyond the finish line, we build real friendships, accountability, and a sense of belonging.

04

Growth

Every run is a chance to improve. We track progress and celebrate every personal milestone.
